Perfect for wound management while offering welcome protection from the sun’s harmful rays, Filta Bac is an antibacterial, antiseptic, and wound protectant cream which also acts as a sunscreen for horses, dogs, cattle, sheep, and goats.

Containing a sun filter which provides effective protection for sensitive and damaged skin, Filta Bac is a particularly good option for pink skin, which is more susceptible to sun damage. When used as a skin and wound protectant, the cream provides both antibacterial and antiseptic activity, and can even be used on saddle and girth sores.

Stored in a conveniently compact tube, Filta Bac makes an excellent addition to travelling first aid kits.

Ingredients: Per Gram: Titanium dioxide 140mg, Zinc oxide 80mg, Cetrimide 3mg, Benzalkonium chloride 0.8mg.

Application:

• Sun filter – Apply up to 3 times daily, as required.
• Wound protection- Clean affected area with antiseptic solution or mild soap and rinse well before application. Apply a covering layer to cuts at least once daily until healed.

Warning: For external application only. For animals with renal failure, frequent daily applications of Filta Bac over large areas of the body should be avoided. If irritation occurs, cease application, wash area with warm water and mild soap, and consult your veterinarian.
