Shipping Policy

At Dernal, we strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Please note that expedited shipping does not include processing time.

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in New York. Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically upon shipment.

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $49. If your subtotal is above $49, your shipping fee will be waived at checkout. Consider adding an extra treat or toy to your cart to take advantage of this offer!

Please note that free shipping promotions are only valid for the contiguous United States with physical street addresses. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

For deliveries outside of the contiguous United States, we charge actual freight costs, which will be displayed at the time of checkout. We do our best to offer the most competitive rates for the areas we service. Alternatively, you can check our Store Locator to find your favorite products at a store near you.

Orders over 200 lbs will include an added fee of $100. If your order requires LTL or special shipping accommodations, additional fees may apply. Please contact us at [email protected] if your order requires additional freight services.

We truly appreciate our international customers; however, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.
